Fees: There is a $500 refundable fee that goes against your bid total. There is also a $100 paddle fee that is NON-REFUNDABLE but can be used for the rest of the year for other Lake County sales. There will also be a service fee depending on how you pay.
Needs: For an Individual, a signed contract, a copy of your drivers license, and a completed W9. You will also need need address history and employment history.
For an LLC or Corporation there are more requirements. Those will be available soon.
